This is an old horse ranch, set on 5 acres of land and adjacent to BLM land that goes right into JTNP. The house has been re-imagined to be your luxury retreat away from everything but with all the amenities designed with your comfort in mind including a pool and jacuzzi, movie theater, arcade room, pool table lounge, and views of the infinite sky.
Other Details to Note
There is a bumpy dirt road that leads to this house. This road is hard rock easy even for cars but drive slow. The pool man will arrive every Wednesday if on schedule but expect that they could show up to help make sure you have a clean pool and hot tub. (We can’t move them around and keep the pool clean because of their schedules fyi) The Pool can be heated. November- March $200 per day and April to October $150 per day (obviously you won’t need the heat all summer) Very Important: We ask that you stay on the property. The neighbors are very clear they don’t want our guests exploring their land but you have 5 acres to explore belonging to the home including a cute nature trail. There are many additional hikes we can point you to close to the house. Please stay on our property so we keep in good standing with our friends and neighbors. No extra guest without pre-approval. For example: If you are having a birthday party and inviting guests for the day or night. This wouldn’t be allowed. This is a house to enjoy with the people staying at the house. If you have just another couple that is different so please ask if you have a need for this ideally before you book.

Tucked into the mountains, you are on the edge of civilization yet about 7 minutes from Starbucks, 10 minutes from the eastern and less busy Joshua Tree National Park entrance. Look to the North for the mountains, the West toward city lights, the East toward desolation, South toward mountains close enough for your exploration, and up for the best sky views you have ever seen!
Guest Access
The house is set on 5 acres all of which are for your exploration. There is a windup driveway to get to the house and you can park near the bocce court area or along the driveway.
