Our pool technician will respect your privacy and enter via the gate and go straight to the pool. While we try our best to keep the pool clean with our 2x weekly service, occasionally the high winds blow debris into the pool. Please note that there is a storage closet and a storage shed locked to guests however. There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a personalized pin code that will access the gate and front door slider. TRASH SERVICE - A trash and recycling bin is located at the front entrance to the property - Trash collection comes each Thursday, collection service has keycode to gather bins by the driveway gate SMALL NOTES - KEYLESS ENTRY: Front slider and Casita have a personalized code. Front gate has a keypad for entrance and exit - SECURITY CAMERA: Focused on driveway front gate for security purposes only. Footage is deleted after each guests stay - SEPTIC: The house is on a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper - Pet Policy allows DOGS, unfortunately we do not allow CATS. -PLEASE NOTE: There are many cacti on the property, as we are in the desert, it is natural landscape - LAUNDRY: We use scent and dye free laundry detergent LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the hot tub and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.
